Returning the Steeda H and ordered a Summit stainless H pipe, a pair of Pypes double wall clamps, and a pair of Vibrant 1792 resonators, gonna build a resonated H. $410 total.

I'll add another vote for the Steeda H-pipe with active exhaust. I've had it on the car for over a year now and love it. Especially in track mode. I get some pops and crackles between shifts and throttle blips when i'm slowing to a stop.

Hey y’all, i’ve been searching hundreds of exhaust clips for an all stock w/active exhaust with a resonator delete but i’m so indecisive since I can’t hear them in person, What would you recommend as the best company/type or model for the best resonator delete option for an all stock w/active exhaust?

Thanks!
A lot of people are running this Corsa HH pipe which is sold exclusively through us here at www.lethalperformance.com! Feel free to send me a message if you have any other questions about them! Corsa Performance 3" Stainless Double HH-Pipe (2015-2022 5.0L Mustang GT) - 14502

Yep pretty excited to see how it turns out. Ordered the Summit H because the crossover is very close to the inlet so there’s lots of room for the Vibrants. Also thinking of only using a resonator on the passenger side and keeping the drivers side straight pipe for a little extra volume without being too raspy or tinny.

It’ll be interesting to see how the H crossover looks on the inside of that Summit part.

Yes, I hate to say but those are horrific welds.
The I.D. at the crossover will reveal just how bad.
Keep an eye out for black crystalline.
Hard to imagine any X or H will have nuclear-quality welds LOL.

The better ones will at minimum not be compromised by excessive I.D. oxidation.
I do hope what you get is quality built. I’ve seen a lot of junk and the so called “cold welds” crack apart.

Wow, the Summit H pipe arrived today and I am pleasantly surprised at how nice it is. The Ford Performance X was completely straight and 32” long. No bends to account for the angle between pipes or the vertical bends in the stock piping. It was a butt connection at both ends. This Summit pipe has bends to account for both pipe spread and height changes, plus a welded brace. There’s 16” of straight pipe between the crossover and brace, perfect place for at least one 12” Vibrant resonator, although there may not be enough side to side room to fit both. They are due to arrive tomorrow. Only issue is that I wish it could just be butt clamped where the cut was for the FP X, but another inch or so would need cut from the stock pipe and the heat shields removed. With the bends, no room for the 3” long butt clamps if I cut the H down to 32”. The black marks in the picture show where 32 inches is. Inside welds are pretty nice, part of my job is weld inspection and they’re perfectly fine for this application. It was also one of the cheapest stainless pipes I could find. Can’t wait to tackle this, hopefully in 2 more days.

So far so good !
The resonators should be 4” OD and the Summit H should be 4.33” CtoC.
The resonators should fit with about 5/16” air gap.
