Best headers to pair with Gibson Catback Exhaust

Hi guys,

I currently have the gibson cat back exhaust installed and impatiently waiting for ford performance's power pack 2 from levittown ford (ETA 2/28/17). I would like to pair this with a 1 3/4" header and have been looking at the Kooks 1 3/4" green catted headers (want to be carb legal); I have heard that you can't tune after flashing the ford performance power pack 2 tune and just want to reach out to find 1. whether you think those kooks headers will be compatible with the gibson cat back and 2. whether I'd have any issues with tuning. I appreciate your input!

I have a Gibson cat back and I bought stainless power headers. I haven't installed them yet though. I have a Lund tune and Lund said no retune is needed with the headers.
