Believe COTUS or ETIS?

Hello long time lurker here!!

So I just checked my order and was surprised that over night it went from "In Production" to "In Transit" and the EDD is now 12/24 instead of 1/24. After reading last week about how some users were using ETIS to see when their car was built I decided to check mine and it still has the placeholder build date of 30.11.0002

Any suggestions on what to actually believe?

Go with COTUS. The ETIS build date of 30.11.0002 shows for every build so far.

Believe COTUS then check ETIS in another day or two. You'll then see the actual build date and a big list of "Minor Features" for your car.

This is true. It took a few days for ETIS to update after my car was built.

My car disappeared from COTUS, I ordered on 11/17 and dealer told me my build date is 1/5. Tonight I checked the status on COTUS and I get "No matching vehicle found. Please verify your input and try again.". I've tried using my VIN and using my order number and dealer code. Sent a PM to Rachel to see if she can shed some light on where my order is, hopefully it didn't get "lost" or cancelled.

Mine is also not showing. I was hoping it was changing from awaiting shipment to in transit but if a lot of cars are not showing it is probably just COTUS being COTUS...:frusty::frusty::frusty:

COTUS usually updates Sunday night. I'm sure it will return soon.

If you finalized your paperwork it won't be on cotus anymore.
