Hi guys,

Has anyone done the Base GT350 spring swap on non-PP car? I need the P/N#'s for the springs? I need Non-R and non magna-ride spring.

Thanks Anthony

There is no 350 without MR. Period. “Base” 350 does not mean the same thing it means on other models.

To the best of my knowledge, you cannot. At a minimum it would take a control arm change, as the saddle in the arm would be different L to R. Possibly the top perch also, but I forgot what it looked like. Then you get into having a spring that works with the valving of your dampeners and all that jazz. Why so hell bent on 350 springs?

The 2015 - 2016 GT350’s without Track Pack, and without tech package we’re referred to as Base Model. These base models do not have MagnaRide.
I have one !

Thanks for your reply and 411, greatly appreciatre it!!! Because, I don't want to lower my car... I have the ROUSH front splitter that hits as it is, and i'm running 19X10 SVE PP2's wheels. Clearance is tight.
Thanks Anthony

Hi John, thanks for reply!
Oh ok, is there anyway that you can check to see your rear drivers side spring p/N?
Thanks Anthony

I wouldnt trust that the GT350 w/o magnaride have the correct spring for you. They all probably use the same spring windings.

The info is here, its been covered multiple times. Be more persistent in your use of the search function.

Get his VIN or go on Bring a Trailer and search a 2015 GT350. There's a car on that site that sold a year or 2 ago without MR. Take the VIN to your dealership and they'll give you the part #. That's what I would do anyway.

My 2016 GT350 Non-MagnaRide Rear Springs
Spring Diameter: .750
Spring Rate: 914
Left Rear PN: FR3Z-5560-S
Right Rear PN: FR3Z-5560-N

Of course the RR spring on the GT350 is wound in the opposite direction.
To Fit GT350 rear springs on S550 mustangs, it takes (2) LR springs from a GT350

So even the non-magneride GT350 still got the different spring windings? Never knew that, but never looked into it either.
