Hello all,

I recently had a oil change in an independent shop instead of the dealership service center due to they are booked until April. Then I started to experience more harsh vibration during idle when in D mode and vibration disappear when in N and P. The brake and gas pedal are vibrating uncomfortably from the engine vibration especially during acceleration.

My Car:
2016 EcoBoost Mustang with Performance Pkg.

I had the below items done in the shop:
- Oil change to Valvoline SYNPOWER Full Synthetic Oil. 5.70 Qty.
- Oil Filter change: 21348MP
- Tire Change on all 4 due to cracks found in existing tires. New Tires: P255/40R19 EAGLE F1 ASYMMETRIC A/S Size: 2554019 104086357.
- Tire Balance
- Tire Value Stem

Do you think this is from the wrong oil? I did watch them removing all the oil out. Then the car was placed there for the rest of the day until they get the new tires. I checked the oil level and it's a little bit above max.

My first choice would be taking the car back to the shop. However, the COVID positive rate in my area is almost 6% and the employees in the shop do not wear mask.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
