Axleback off a GT

Can an Axleback from a GT be made to work with a V6/EB? I have a custom Magnaflow Axleback I'm trying to get rid of and was wondering if it would work on a V6/EB as well. The mufflers were installed onto the factory 2.5" piping and hangers are in the stock GT location.

They could but will need to be installed with an adapter piece going from 2 1/4" to 2 1/2" to fit the GT muffler. Any good shop should be able to install.
