Hi all,
My car is just shy of 5k miles and on original Pzeros. They have plenty of tread on them however whenever I turn right from a standing start or rolling 5-10mpg it properly gets loose and I have to really fight to stop myself looking like a hooligan. Turning left has a little wheel hop, as usual, however seems so much more planted with better traction.

Tyres are wearing evenly, no suspension mods....

Can anyone shed any light?
It surely can't just be the tyres?

Also - my steering make a bizarre Chewbacca noise when turning at low speeds, I feel this Pony needs some warranty work soon!

Either alignment or something has failed, get it in to Ford for a checkup.

Mine is definitely looser turning right too. However I blame it on temperature, wet, pzeros and camber of the road. Would you say the problem goes away when The ambient temp is above 10 degrees? Certainly mine drives like a different car when it's warmer, even if it's damp still.

Also worth pointing out that as we drive on the left, our sight lines on slow right handers i.e. Junctions and roundabouts are better, we also cross the traffic when turning right and so we may subconsciously be pulling out harder when turning right.

Agree, can't say I've noticed this particular issue in mine so unless you drive with them Goth boot things on your feet, sounds like something is amiss. Back to Ford asap

Mustang NASCAR edition? ;)
Just had alignment reset on my BMW as it was hopping around all over the place in corners. Wasn't breaking traction though.

It could be your diff?? Perhaps find a large open space and drive forwards in big S shapes and see if you get any strange noises? Another possibility is a sticky right rear calliper which is helping you turn right.

Just my 2p
