Avalanche Gray or Magnetic

Hello Guys,

I'm about to place an order for a GT350R - there is a chance it's not real but I'm going to roll the dice anyway. Regardless, I'm struggling between two colors:

Avalanche Gray, Black stripes and Black roof
or
Magnetic, Black stripes

I've NEVER seen either in that config. I DID see an Avalanche Gray GT350 with white stripes and I thought it was a very different and interesting color. I've seen lots of photos here and online but I wonder if any of you with either of those colors has any thoughts?

If you have one, do you LOVE it? Do you ever wish you purchased a different color?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I love Avalanche in person. Personally I'm not a fan of the stripes on the GT350s, but I think I'm in the minority here. The black roof+avalanche combo is great. Looks way better in person.

Magnetic seems to be the most popular choice on the 350 for a good reason. The dark color is menacing but light enough to show the curves of the car.

You won't be disappointed with either. The only thing is Avalanche is exclusive to the 350, so that adds a little bit to it.

I personally feel the magnetic is stunning in person. The AG does have that 'primer' look and wouldnt be my top choice. However its definitely unique over any other color.

I've seen both in person and personally like DIB but that is not a 2017 option..

I was at the Track Attack event and I wasn't a believer in Avalanche. I have to say I was very surprised how well the color works with this car. It had black stripes and of course the Avalanche Paint was gloss.

It is now in my top 3 colors for this car. Black, Avalanche, White.

New 2017 colors I think an R in Ruby Red with no stripes looks pretty badass.

I am in same boat but not an R. I am leaning more towards AG because it is a different color and only on GT350. Never seen it in person but from photos it looks pretty awesome and can look a lot different depending on light. Right now it is AG, black roof and blue stripes.

If I did magnetic I would do white stripes.

Avalanche, black stripes, black roof is my car. In pictures it's eh, but in person it's awesome. Also, I like having a color that can't be on a GT or V6.

I have a magnetic, Blk roof Blk stripes. I love it, it looks great lots of compliments but...the uniqueness of the AG always makes me second guess myself.

AG definitely looks better in person. I never liked it until I saw it up close. I also think AG is one of the few colors that looks best with black roof no stripes. I ordered magnetic from the get go, I love the richness of the color. I felt the magnetic looked naked without stripes.

Agreed...

And I have the same car as him but with black roof. IMHO, the black roof breaks up the paint just enough to urn magnetic into a more racy look.

I respectfully disagree. AG is a dynamic color that changes hue as the ambient lighting changes. It is non-mettalic but not flat as you say. Suits the GT350 superbly!
