Looks awesome, they must have old pictures on their website as the blower shown is a rear entry.
The front entry like yours looks way better.

Why can't the 15-17 have the intake at the front?
Because the 15-17 kit is an entirely different blower (2300 vs 2650).
The 18+ kit was a ground up design for the new car where the 15-17 was a carry-over (of sorts) from the S197, hence it doesn’t fit easily.

Looks really nice Harry. How is your car's driveability now with all that added horsepower.

Hello,

Well, after a brief sojourn with a Volvo XC90, I finally could not take being without a V8 any longer.

The Volvo was a nice car, problem was it was a knee-jerk reaction to a big accident last year which wrote off our Territory. The Volvo I just couldn't feel the love, it was too big to move around in car parks and just sat in the garage.

I picked up this MY18 on Wednesday, gotta say, I'm very happy!!

I'll write a more detailed review later but overall it is much more refined than my previous Mustang. It feels "tighter" and better put together, panel gaps are pretty spot on.

The 10-speed is eager and likes to surge through the gears to a higher gear. I can tootle down the M4 at 1500rpm at 85kmh.

I love the digital dash, the My Mustang button and the exhaust. I'm also happy the hood vents are there and the tribars work!

The last photo is of my youngest daughter, she calls herself my "little petrol head" and loves a V8 exhaust note. She was very sad when the Black Mustang went and I cancelled my Bullitt order, but she's very happy now!!

Cheers,

Just as well the Lakin brackets fit the MY18; no one was interested in them so I'm glad to get to re-use them.

Everyone so far loves the Race Red!

I'll have to get some tips on how to look after the paint as I'm still tossing up whether to get Ceramic Pro treatment done or not.

MY19, MUSTANG GT. AUTO, RUBY RED.
Your lucky you did keep the Lakins as the new ones aren't cheap, but they look so good,
There are so many ceramic coatings out there, but take your time and do your homework
before you do anything.
Some coatings work better than others on different paints and colours as in depth, colour and gloss.
