Really? I think it might be the other way around. How many sets of "off-road" headers have been sold? How many do you think get put on a car that is then used for off-road purposes only? I bet a rather large percentage gets used mostly on the street and not for the intended purpose.

So, a large number is actually effecting a small number in this case. True racers should be pissed at the weekend warriors and the wannabe never racers.

It usually takes a dill weed or a karen to ruin something that goes good for others. There are a few businesses that will, with permission to use their facilities to hang out in as long as they aren't legally responsible for whatever possible lawsuits.... But I wonder if being at an illegal function, although not participating in the illegal activities is considered as an "accessory to the crime"?

Not sure how they prove intent if they arrested people before anything happened.

Definitely street racing should be illegal and there should be stiff penalties such as losing your car and your driver's license.

But arresting someone when they haven't done anything yet? Nope.
