Are there any Install kits for typical 2 din head units for 15+ base?? Dont care for sync etc

Want to install a 2 din screen mainly for the rca preouts as I plan to upgrade to 3 ways up front and 2 way components rear to add to the sub setup. Just want Bluetooth and to play music I don't care for sync and stuff. Been watching the android stuff and I don't want anything that loads or doesn't load or has trouble or converts my dial heal controls. Just want the top part swapped to a 2din. thoughts appreciated !

I used the Metra kit to install a kenwood unit and full JL amp/speaker/sub. Easy install, I lost the steering wheel controls for phone, but I never used it anyway. volume/track skip still work. I am actually waiting for their upgraded kit that doesn't use the gummy rubber buttons for the climate control. I will swap my current setup for their new one when it gets released.
