Are the chrome rings from the cup holders removable ?

Hi,

I´d like to remove the chrome rings around the shifter and the cup holders.
They scratch very easily, so I´d like to plasti dip them.

Shifter chrome ring seems to be easy but I cannot see a way to remove the cup holder chrome rings. Is there any way to do that?

They do come out with 4 screws, however -

You will have an ugly unsightly gap where they are supposed to be
The cup holders wont be held in correctly if at all

You take the center console out and turn it upside down there are 4 torx screws there holding that in.

I took mine out and changed them so they are not chrome - I am slowly replacing all the chrome inside as I have time to make them all match.
