App for mixing paint colors

Is there an app or website that allows you to adjust paint colors? And then give you a paint code. I'm not real proficient at mixing paint, and gets expensive at paint store.
Example: I purchased a CJ Jeep and the original color i would like to change the hue? Keep same basic color but change up a bit.

I have been looking at other cars on the road for ideas.

Have you tried Google "mixing automotive paint for custom colors"? Lots of links/videos come up.
What you are trying to find is a formula not a code.
