Well, the car went to a body company at flat rock assembly after the production for some reason. So...:headbang:
The good news is that the car looks fine and no damages on it. But it does feel like it has done a break in from the factory when I drove home.

It`s here 2 days early! Got here with 3.7 miles on the odometer but salesman took it to fill with gas (87 octane) before he called me..

It won’t take you long to burn through that first tank. The tank is small and the engine thirsty.

Using full 93 octane power or even full 87 octane power on the first tank isn't the best idea.

Congratulations!! On the Ford Tracking Website, do you recall at what point your car status updated from “in-production” to “awaiting transit”? That is, how long after your blend date, did it update to “awaiting transit”? Then how long until it showed “shipped”? The reason I ask: My blend date was yesterday, status stills shows “in production”. So, wondering what you encountered.

My car awaited transit for about 2 weeks after it was built/blend date. My car showed as "in production" for several days after the blend date, I assumed it was just a not real-time up to date system.

It went from saying "waiting for shipping estimate 12 days" to "your car will be delivered in 1 day" overnight. (I'm in Cleveland just a few hours from the factory)

Our production date 12/20/18 was the Thursday one day before they closed for Christmas break so I called Ford Performance on Friday 12/21/18 they told me it was out of production and awaiting shipment. The web site was not updated until 12/26/18 probably because of the holidays. It moved to in transit 5 days later and delivered in FL 1/09/19.Things should move a little faster now that the holidays are over ... Good Luck!

The body shop is not a place to fix a damaged vehicle. Its where they put one trim pieces stripes and other things.

It was surreal, but i kept the rpms varied and below +/-5,000 and got about 250 miles of solid break in knocked out.

I just got mine and it is surreal. And I came from a VERY nice and fast car. This is better.

That green is great even in cloudy weather. It seems to really zing in the bright sunshine. Enjoy it....although it seems you already are! Great luck with it!

You and I seem to be on the same time line. 1/10 blend date i looked this morning 1/11 and my tracking showed waiting delivery.
