I came across the Charcoal Super Snake Wheels which seem to only be available at American Muscle, I cannot find them on the Shelby Wheel site or American Racing which supposedly is the manufacturer for them and might consider them for a square set up similar to my existing factory 19x8.5 on a 2019 Silver GT/CS.

just wondered about the quality of the American Racing licensed wheels? I do not see much examples of them on a S550 in the charcoal color. It says they do clear PP brakes, so if I ever upgraded my regular GT brakes to the PP brembos.

I have been looking at these as well. I want a 19” square setup but I just cant see only going 8.5” wide on all 4 corners. AM says the 10” wide wheel is for rear only but when you look at the specs it a +37 so I don’t understand why they won’t work up front.

I think I found a picture of them on another thread. See link below

I was considering the 19x10 square if without spacers... Someone could not get the 19x10 to fit the fronts of a GT350 as it was touching the brake based on a review. I want to eventually pair them with Micheline A/S 3+ if I can only do 19x8.5, the tire should run a little wider in appearance than the P Zero?

Agree most19x10 wheels at +37 offset fit up front. Maybe they don't clear brakes?

Agree here as well, they should fit. I've done some research in the forums here on Mustang6g and guys have been successful up to 10" +40 in the front. I've calculated +36.3 to be ideal for '15 => '17 Mustangs. The contact point of concern is tire sidewall to strut, which can be abated with a spacer. I like you, don't really like using spacers. That offset won't fit a Shelby due to strut dimension differences. I'm about to buy a set of 19x10 40 front, 19x11 55 rear. Manufacturers normally indicate they clear the PP Brembo brakes, if they don't mention that be wary.

What my concern is, you're right about only available from American Muscle. An awful lot of cheep wheels are made in China. I seem to remember these at a lower price a few months back, new China trade tariffs? What my concern is with these is the production technique is not described. Thus I suspect they are cast, not forged or spun formed. Cast are heavy because they need more aluminum to make up for the lack of cast strength. Were these wheels discontinued by American Racing and the Chinese foundry was looking for a new retailer? Pure conjecture on my part, not based on facts.

Some wheels clear PP brakes but not gt350r brakes though. You can get American racing ones made in America but those are the custom shop ones that are $$$$

Well they went out of stock for 19x8.5, makes me wonder about the SB203 version at 19x9.5 which is almost 10+ lbs lighter than the super snake 19x10 and seems decent and in stock. Maybe I could swap my 255x40x19 to that and later get 275x40x19 when the tires wear out? Not sure if the ET of 33 and 275x40x19 can handle a drop, I have close to a 1" drop

Both those tires would fit. I have a set of those wheels and plan to get 275/40/19 tires for them. You could always go 275/35/19 if you're concerned about the drop.

Lots of guys seem to be running 285/35/19s on 19x10 ET 35 for a flush fitment. I figure with 275s ET 33 should be fine.

You may also want to checkout the Shelby venom wheels or the new apex sm10. Both of these are 10 spoke design. The are a little more money but I think are also much lighter and have more width and offset options. Here is a link to the Apex thread

Those flow-formed Venoms are nice but the 28 offset would probably poke. Seems surprising--designed for a previous gen Mustang perhaps?

I just weighed one of my SB203s and it's 24.4 pounds. That's not bad at all for presumably a cast wheel.

The Shelby Venom by Weld Racing also have a 19x9 more close to factory and is 22 lbs. I might look at those if Shelby has a wheel sale again.

I want square and the 19x9 all around give 35 ET so would bring wheels out nicely
