What do you think it would do for the value of the GT500 when they come out with a widebody package for the GT500 from Shelby?

Mustang is too wide for a wide body IMHO.

The body lines are already very well accentuated, adding more width just becomes overkill.

Yes I watched it. So many movies these days take suspension of disbelief to a level that turns me sick.

I watch old classics for the most part.

CL: With only a few exceptions, I have never been able to get into the classic films and I hear ya regarding Hollywood. But, there are, OCCASIONALLY, very good, new films but they are becoming more and more rare unfortunately.

BTW, is that Loretta Young in your avatar? (My wife is better at recognizing historic actors than I...but I THINK that's who she is.)

Not far off, It's Ida Lupino.

I like Loretta Young too, however Ida is my favorite actress. I will be changing my avatar to other photos now and then.

Ah yes, Ida Lupino, I see it now and yep, she was a good one. Remember "The Loretta Young Show?" My great Aunt used to watch it every day. And "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" (not sure if that was the title or not.)

Personally, not a fan of the widebodies. My personal idea is to put dual tires on the back, add a trailer hitch and hook it to the car trailer and take the racecar to the track.

I haven't seen one in person but beauty is in eye of the beholder as the saying goes. A couple of months back after finishing up a good work-out, there was a guy driving a blue regular Shelby leaving at the same time. Thing was drop-dead gorgeous and sounded mean. You will definitely be in the minority if you elect to go that route as that's the only regular or wide-body I have seen in person, and as you know out here in lovely SoCal you are liable to see anything as far as cars go regardless of the time of year.
