Thanks very much for the info. Appreciate it. As mine is a DD and will be on E85 and 93 when forced to, I guess maybe catted would be a better option for me. Maybe will look into the LTH high flow cats/headers.
Off road vs catted LTH probably less than 5hp difference on NA car. Sound wise off road louder and added raspiness.
LTH added to e85 is definitely worth the power increase. Your in for a pretty significant volume increase as well. I started with Corsa Xtremes and added catted ARH LTH. The tone got too trumpety for my taste so added a pair of Vibrants. That cleaned it up some but ended up cutting off the Corsa mufflers while keeping the double x and added AWE Touring rear end. I would put that combo as a bit louder than the original Xtremes, but with more character in the lower rpms. If you have the full AWE catback with the resonated H it will be a tad quieter but still going gonna scream up top when you add the LTH.

Thanks so much for the info. That’s exactly what I’m looking for. I used to have a Roush AB/H Pipe and while I absolutely loved the sound it had, I felt maybe it was just a bit too loud. So I switched to the AWE full exhaust and while I love the tone, I could maybe use a slight bump up in sound but I’m not necessarily looking for the loudest race car exhaust either. Maybe if it was in between my current setup and my previous Roush setup, I’d be happy.
So are you happy with the sound/tone of your current setup? I know you don’t have the H, but since you have a resonated X with the AWE axle back, it shouldn’t be too far off. I’m probably gonna look into a catted system since I’m not sure I want to ruin the tone of the AWE with too much added rasp. & By the way, would going for a high flow cat as opposed to a normal one effect the tone/volume either way? I’m not sure which I should go for.

Sorry for any confusion my mid is still the Corsa double x (not resonated) and the AWE in the rear. This current setup is my favorite on this car so far. Still 0 drone, screams up top and has some character in low rpms and quiet if you need it. So the LTH brand actually offers catted systems with multiple cat options? Usually it's just catted or not, and the ones used are high flow compared to oem. If that's the case you may want their high flow version in case they are using restrictive oem type cats. Here's a vid of on the dyno to give you some idea of the tone.

Ah I gotcha, I thought you still had the vibrants on this setup. But that's good to hear that you like it so much. I think I'll be happy with the headers even with the resonated H Pipe. Just looking for more a bit more volume while keeping the tone relatively the same.

And yeah my bad, you are right. I was mistaken I thought I saw something else but LTH has two options: off-road and high flow cats. So I will most likely go for the high flow option.

Thanks for the video, that was helpful as well. Appreciate all the info.

My box of American Bald Eagles arrived today.

Initial thoughts.

Packaging was excellent! Quality looks good, welds are not Kooks quality but they are sufficient. Flange is beastly and the titan finishing really is beautiful. 02 placement looks good and slightly angled for E85 cars.

I will provide another update once they are installed. It will be a few weeks until the salt is off the roads before I go for the install.

Just picked up the car from the installer. He stated fitment was excellent with no issues to report. Clearance was great on the steering column and frame rails and like most 2019+ headers it was close to the AC bracket (pic of AC clearance).

The car is LOUD as expected when in any mode other than quiet (factory Active Exhaust). Once warmed up, quiet mode truly is still very very tame.

For those considering a US made header I’d recommend taking a look at LTH.

Really pleased I went with them. Surprised they are not more popular on the forum with their price point and quality.

That’s correct, with aftermarket headers you’ll need a tune to safely run them.

Some would argue they don’t void the warranty because Ford has to “prove” the part you installed caused the issue. I am a skeptic of that stance but other keyboard warriors will try and persuade you otherwise.
Headers will not void the warranty but a tune will. A tune is not needed for just headers.

if you have a Lund tune you do not need a retune for headers
