Anyone know shops around North NJ that can weld for relatively cheap

I need to cut my existing H-Pipe and weld on my X-Pipe, but the shop in my town quoted me $250 and he said it will take 2 hours minimum lol. I don't really know what a fair price is but I assumed it'd be less than $100 for a simple weld job but maybe I'm wrong.

Looking to do the reverse. Cut out my welded x-pipe and replace with an h-pipe...also in northern, NJ. Used to have a guy up in Ramsey, but passed away not too long ago.

Let me know if you find someone reasonable.
