I work in a machine shop and I've got the okay to use the machines during down time, would anyone be interested in .1875 (4.7625mm) or .25 (6.35mm) wheel spacers that are hubcentric? I haven't seen any companies make them yet for our cars and I'd make them based off of my GT PP wheel hubs and stud sizes that I would hand caliper and dimension myself, I'll make a few prototypes and post pictures/videos of them fitting onto the studs and around the hub. I wouldn't charge much compared to other companies because my goal here isn't profit but to give everyone spacers who wants them. This thread is to gauge interest

Average price of normal, crappy cast 6061 aluminum ebay spacers: 25 per set of two
Average price for decent, non-cast 6061-T6 aluminum spacers: near 40 per set of two

Price of my non-cast 6061-T6 aluminum spacers: Most likely 40-50 dollars per set of FOUR
(Need to finalize material costs, but it will be around this ballpark. Cost may go down!)

You get four good quality spacers for less than what you would normally pay for two.

Here is my prototype! Will be fitting today or tomorrow; I will be checking for flatness tomorrow. Depending on the amount of time I may need to up the price slightly because of the labor, but I will assure that these are perfect.

I'm sure there may be one that might fit off of eBay, I haven't measure the center bore yet or anything for that matter but it is possible that the 2014 and the 2015 have the same center bore as far as the hub goes, I'd charge less than the eBay spacers or the same price and I'd be using a much higher grade aluminum and they would fit much more snug

Price will be 30 for a set of 4 or 15 for a set of 2 most likely, shipping is on you but I believe it'll only be a few bucks

I'm in for 4 .1875s. My wheels will be coming back from powdercoating next week. How soon are you looking to do this? Thanks.

I would make them for forum members if I got around 30 people to actually want to purchase them

I'd be interested. Could you provide a manufacturing drawing just to see what kind of tolerances you're holding?

I'd be interested for the fronts only, opted for 20x9 and 20x11, wanna even it out a bit, I would be happy with the 4 or 6, don't matter.

Are you guys using these spacers with the factory lugs? Will there be enough thread left to safely use the spacers?

I use hub centric 1.5" spacers on my F150 but they bolt to the existing lugs and give me new lugs for the rims.
