This is what one is removing before installing the two new hoses with the catch can in the middle, I measured it, it is 8 1/2" long. ;)
That's funny. Mine is 10". :shrug:

easiest way is to put the car on lifts, thats what i did, took me 30 minutes start to finish. pcv hose to come off u can use a tool that looks like a captain's hook ... also a trick is to tuck screws between the two white pins to hold them open to release the hose. it was a piece of cake once the factory pcv is off. i agree that the mishimoto instruction video was bad, high quality product non the less and definitely recommended
