Hi there.

Anyone in Ontario with an aftermarket converter? Wanna take me for a spin?

Dilemma on what to buy... just want to make sure I can live say to day with the right one...

Was going to post in the Canada section but thought I may get more responses here. I’m in Elora Ontario.. but can travel lol.

Thanks!

PM me and hopefully we can hook up!

Try contacting either DaSilva racing in Pickering or Steeda.ca in Milton, you might get your answers there

Thanks r-model.

I called one of them... they were the ones that said they don’t recommend any converter for the car. Sorry... from a different thread I started. Haven’t called the other one - have looked at their web site but didnt call. Maybe I’ll drop them a line as well.

If you know anyone, pass my request on. Big purchase with so many variables. Would LOVE to see for myself before investing. Probably close to $3000 to do it here. Converter cost, shipping, tax at 13%, duty and then of course, installation and tax for that. The converter is a little beyond my abilities and garage. I could do a supercharger though!!!

For my daily driver, I’m thinking about just using the power I have versus going blower.

If you think of anything else let me know!!

I know about the weather, was out in it Saturday, went from the Yorkdale area in Toronto to up in Woodbridge for a photo shoot in a larger home (amature parttime photographer - mustangmikephotography, look me up on facebook), I drive mine all year round, have a set of Bizzaks on her, no problem getting around.

Yea. Shovelling today was brutal! All ice!

Heard back from the other place. They don’t know any customers with a converter either.

I’m hoping someone steps up though.

I’d really LOVE a converter but want to make sure I cN
Live with it. They priced it out for me though... looking at a hair under $3500!

So the question becomes is it worth it? That’s a lot!!!

I wonder what the best I can do for a supercharger is and how close that would
