285/35/19 19x10 +35 all four corners here. A square setup drastically improves cornering and handling imo plus the added benefit of being able to rotate front to back. Not ideal for a drag/straight line setup but if your goal is handling the square setup is king
Did you use any spacers up front? I would be thinking 285 or 275. Premium tries

Nope, no spacers. This is an “easy button” square setup as a lot of guys here run this combo and there is a lot of info available on their experiences. There are plenty of tire choices at that size as well. I don’t notice much, if any tramlining at 285 either. So I like that for a primarily street setup.

+35 doesn't require a spacer but can be a bit borderline pokey in the rear depending on camber.

I use +40 wheels with a 5mm spacer up front (gives you effectively +35). You only need the spacer up front with wider than average 285s.

Ok awesome! Good to know. Thanks for getting me started on the research path

That makes sense. Requires a minimal spacer and will save the rear fender from rocks being thrown from the sticky tires

What Grintch is saying correct. Here is a pic of the rear for reference

Thats the perfect reference there. It’s just the sidewall so it shouldn’t throw much into the fender. That extra 5mm would still help though….thanks

Here is my 2020 GT PP1 with SVE X500 19X10 &19X11 with Mich PS4S 285/35/19 front and Mich PSS 305/35/19 rear. A 295 will fit on a 10" wide wheel but won't be optimum. GT350s have a 10.5" front wheel for their 295s.

Thing is, the rear fender behind the wheel doesn’t seem to pickup rock chips or really any wear from wider an/or sticky tires.

I have 88k on my GT with most of that running mostly 285 ET35, with some thousands of miles of 305 ET52, and now 315 ET50 rear tires and the rear fender paint behind the wheel looks better than about every other part of my car, it still looks new.

The front of the rear fenders ahead of the wheel are another story,

I ended up buying the Ford Motorsports 9.5 front 10.0 rear wheels. I figure that will help save the rear fender some with rock damage. Tires 305/35 rear maybe 285/35 front rims are 19. It has the Roush stage 2 SC so I decided against the 285 sq setup.
