anyone have this problem with their 6R80 trans ?

I have had two tune shops do tunes for me , both set my shift points to 7300 and the first trip to the track it does shift at 7300 ..I drive the car daily and get to the track 2 to 3 times a month ...On the very next trip to the track and the trans shifts at 6500 on the 1-2 shift and 6800 on the 2-3 shift ..?? I have not made any changes to the tune or to the car for that matter ..This has happened twice that we set the shift points to 7300 and the trans always goes back the short shifting after a trip to the track ??:shrug:

Boy that's an interesting one. I wonder if adaptive learning is changing the shift points?

I'll be back up at the track soon and we can chat about that. Finally finished my MT-82 to 6r80 swap. Who did the tune?

Why would you not post for anyone else that may have the problem.

I do know on my 13 if you'd bounce off the limiter on the burnout it would short shift the one two.
