Not to derail OPs thread, but does this kind of thing go on and off? Or is this for just pure track cars that don't see the street?

It's a decal. It would be possible to make a magnet like that but since the front fenders are aluminum it won't stick there.

Yes I would think their would be owners whom would do either one. Or at least deploy the background decal and have magnetic numbers.

Nobody is going to have this custom 1 off decal in high-res vector art to share except the company that made it, and I bet $$ they aren't giving it to you.

You'd need to spec this out/size it yourself on the car and have someone draw it up in Illustrator or something to size. And matching that 17 font would be it's own challenge too.

I say this as a professional in the art world who does this sort of thing.

John I think you missed the red box around the art the OP is asking for. He wants the 17 on white side decal, not the Shelby Snake. And he wants it to size and ready to print and apply.

There isn't even a snake on the side of the car in the OP picture.

To add to your file, yours isn't an original it's a scanned and converted file from some other snake (using a featured called Image Trace from Adobe Illustrator).

The evidence would be the sloppy lines and bad spacing between white and black elements (attached examples from your logo file for fun).

The actual design for this logo would be much much cleaner from Ford/used for their production. This file is a re-creation from a fan.
