Anyone have a video etc on how to remove rear bumper?

I checked YouTube and all I found was videos on the front bumper or the rear of 2014 mustangs lol. Trying to do some work without all the extra prep next time so can anyone share a known link to a video or pics on how to remove the rear? Would be much appreciated

Tip: Definitely get a friend to help removal and installation! Have towels on the floor ready to catch the bumper when it comes loose.

And TAKE YOUR TIME refitting it, it goes on one way, but there's minute adjustments to fine tune the fitment...
