Ok, as we are on the backslide of Christmas and the expenses have gone back to normal levels of insanity I'm prioritizing my mods for this year.

Anyone have a 777 Performance GT500 Front Bumper, running 19" rims and lowered half an inch?

How low do you find the car with that front bumper? Even with the GT front end I find the car is pretty low to the ground so looking to see if anyone out there has conqured my own fears of "too low to go".

Post pics if you got 'em!!!!!

This is my dads 2018 mustang with the 777 bumper, he's rocking 18" wheels up front. 18x9 275/40/18 lowered on Steeda sport 1 inch magneride springs. The bumper does sit lower than the stock bumper. He doesn't really have any clearance issues with scraping unless its a super steep driveway. Since you are on 19" wheels you should be fine.

Thank you!

@Need4SpeedMotors does your dad have issues with the wind pushing the wheel well liners against the wheels at speed?

Also, believe it or not! Your dad's wheels are #1 and mine are #2.

Your dad is lowered an extra 0.5" though so I should indeed be about .4" higher.

Wheel size isn't gonna matter nearly as much as tire size. Case in point - both my summer and winter setup are 19". I've got almost an inch (21mm) difference in summer to winter diameter, so I sit about a half inch lower in the summer. (255/40 vs 305/30)

I run 35 all around right now but will be switching to 45 rear sometime soon.

I don't believe so, he's had the bumper for over a year and no issues

On a 19x11" wheel? That's gonna be a very tall tire - probably at least 1.5" taller than stock PP1 rear. 45 series rears are usually run with 17" drag radials.

But ultimately, you do whatever you'd like as it's your vehicle.

They're pretty much the same height, you shouldn't have any clearance issue đź‘Ť

No coolers, it's just straight through. The car is just a normal PP1 GT

apology I didn’t spell the whole thing out. Yes I’m going 17” rear with a 45 sidewall

my fronts are remaining as they are today.
