I heard Rumors about a 6.8 being in the 7th generationNO ! I want to see a return of a Boss 429 Mustang.
I remember the fox body 7 up cars, dark metallic green convertibles with white interior and white top. What’s next a 7 up edition?
Neither of then have the same ring that boss 429 hasIt can't ever happen, the Coyote displaces 307 cid, and Boss 307 just doesn't have the same ring to it
Why do people keep posting this? It is a 302. Attached is the 2019 spec sheet from Ford and if you do the math using the bore and stroke it still works out to a 302.It can't ever happen, the Coyote displaces 307 cid, and Boss 307 just doesn't have the same ring to it
That's funny. I like it!Yea I’m a no also. We’ve had enough special editions in S550 form. What’s next a 7 up edition?
According to that the regular GT doesn't use PTWA liners. Why do people keep posting this? It is a 302. Attached is the 2019 spec sheet from Ford and if you do the math using the bore and stroke it still works out to a 302.
But, no they should not make another Boss 302, the new Mach 1 really fills the slot that the Boss used to fill. In 69 and 70 the Mach 1 was more of an appearance package then a performance package. Although it may have had stiffer suspension.
It doesn’t matter. So long as it’s a Boss and has a V8. Of course a DCT would be nice too. You're right, 5038 does convert to 307. Weird that Ford wouldn't have updated their own spec sheet. I stand corrected.
