Yea I’m a no also. We’ve had enough special editions in S550 form. What’s next a 7 up edition?

It can't ever happen, the Coyote displaces 307 cid, and Boss 307 just doesn't have the same ring to it
Why do people keep posting this? It is a 302. Attached is the 2019 spec sheet from Ford and if you do the math using the bore and stroke it still works out to a 302.

But, no they should not make another Boss 302, the new Mach 1 really fills the slot that the Boss used to fill. In 69 and 70 the Mach 1 was more of an appearance package then a performance package. Although it may have had stiffer suspension.

According to that the regular GT doesn't use PTWA liners.

You're right, 5038 does convert to 307. Weird that Ford wouldn't have updated their own spec sheet. I stand corrected.
It doesn’t matter. So long as it’s a Boss and has a V8. Of course a DCT would be nice too. :like::giggle:

NO!!!!!!!!
It be just another "special ed." that dealers can jack the price up on.
For what would be a decal and trim package.
It isn't the 70's where they built a special high rev'n v8 that rpm red line was much higher than the run of the mill v8's.
Unless they drop a v8 that redline's at 9000+rpm it just be yet another special ed. v8 mustang .
