Lone Star Park and the City of Grand Prairie, TX have a full schedule of events set for this weekend at the horse racing track.
On Sunday, there will be a 2016 Ford Mustang giveaway at Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie.
All guests, 21 years of age or older, who enter the admission gates before 7:25 p.m. will receive an official entry form to drop in our entry bins for their chance to win a new 2016 Ford Mustang. Ten finalists will be chosen and given a key to try and unlock the Mustang’s door. The person with the key that unlocks the door will be the winner.
All entries must be deposited in the designated entry bins.
Gates open at 3 p.m. The first live thoroughbred race is 5 p.m. General admission is $5.
Following the last race, there will be a fireworks display choreographed to music.
All event-day parking will be $20 (cash only). Advanced parking tickets will be $10.
The format is the same on Monday, July 4. The Monday giveaway has not been determined.
