Anybody heard of QT Performance?

There in San Antonio.
I’m Looking to buy used parts and found this shop that sells auctioned off engines and superchargers. But it seems super small and hard to find.

I got ahold of a shop nearby saying they’ve never physically seen it and get calls all the time from people looking for it.
Its all starting to sound shady but thought I’d check here before I pull out.

Hey sorry I haven't responded! Yes this place is a SCAM! After seeing all the red flags - Fake pictures, no reviews, etc. I called the property owner and they confirmed its a scam - I called the shop next door and they confirmed its a scam - and I called several shops in the town - nobody has heard of these guys. I felt bad hearing the business owner has had people show up from all over trying to get there "parts" - I flagged them on Craigslist, all I can do I supporse
