That means a serialized chassis is ready to hit the assembly line.
Actually means it's on the assembly line.

Bucked (Buck Date) This is the date the first piece of sheet metal was welded to another piece of sheet metal to begin forming the buck (if you imagine unbolting everything possible from your vehicle, that which remains is the buck. Generally, on this date, the entire body is produced, appropriate holes are punched, and the body is primed and painted. See http://www.martiauto.com/faqfocus.cfm?qid=56 for more info.

Is the ETA date the day it is expected to be shipped or delivered?

I must have missed the thread that said production had stopped. Has it? Why?

You don’t want to know
I was never told production stopped. I was told that no cars were being scheduled for production from the Christmas shutdown through sometime in February. This Thursday would be the first opportunity for Ford to restart releasing VINs (but no guarantees).

Not sure about "stopped" production. My car was produced but stuck in queue. Also noteworthy is time it took from start to finish producing my car 5 full business days.

Timeline:
1/18: In production - 1/8
1/15: Complete - evening of 1/15 (I called FP 1/15 near closing time and was told "in body shop").
2/2: Complete
ETA 2/16 to 2/22

any word on the GT350R Production and when Ford FRAP will be starting building GT350R
It is my understanding that the last R model assembled was on November 23rd with R model production to start back up sometime in March subject to Mother Nature as the Sport Cup 2 tires continue to be the issue.
