That’s great thanks But I don’t do face book ...

Never have done either - I’ve only used Instagram and that’s stopped now usage on here has increased a little. We try and keep phone time to a minimum as we’ve got two little ones, my other half works some evenings and we like to dabble in long distance triathlon now and again (which means long training sessions) - something’s gotta to give ...

Having said that, my other half is on it to promote her business so I might see if she will join up and keep an eye out for me ...
