Use it fresh and salt water. Don’t live on the water but can’t go far without being near it.

Hello; I have a Landau 17 ft aluminum fishing boat. Bought it in 1987. It is rune with either a 25 HP Johnson outboard or a 9.9 HP Evinrude. I live close to two small lakes with a 10HP limit for many years so the 9.9 goy a lot of hours. That was in Harlan County KY. Cranks lake and Martins Fork lake.
I now live in TN and am about eight miles to the closest put in place on Norris lake. The better ramps are about 20 miles away at the Highway 33 bridge or close to Lafollette TN. I bought a 25HP Johnson in 1990 to use on Norris Lake.

I pulled the boat to near Wilmington NC many years ago and fished a number of freshwater lakes in the area. I was foolish enough to put it on the intercostal waterway one day, but only did it once.

Back in the 1970's to early 1980's I ran a Ranger. That was fun to run fast in and could ski behind it, but I have enjoyed the smaller fishing boat much more.

I live on the Puget Sound and have been wanting to get a Chinese Junk as a liveaboard for a while now. A few years ago used boat prices took a hard dump and I came really close to buying one locally, but it was encumbered and the sale fell through.

I own a 2000 Maxum ski boat. It's not worth much but we have a lot of fun with it at our cabin up north. My youngest is learning how to water ski behind it

I’d been into jetboats over the last 15 years or so. Sold my last one a while back..kinda miss them at times. Not much beats the sound of a big cam, high compression big block on the water.

We don't get to Pepin too often. Most of our boating is "up north"
