So, I decided to wash my car today and discovered this tan looking gook in the passenger side fender well. It's hard like paint, but I'm not sure.
They are doing a lot of construction in my neighborhood, and I guess I drove through it somehow. It seriously pisses me off.
If y'all have any ideas how to get if off I'd sure appreciate it.

Glad it wasn't from fresh paint, Timothy...that would have been much worse. Don'tcha love it when something turns out to be easier and much less of an issue than you thought? Rare for me but I appreciate them every time. :-) Hard tellin' what it actually was though if it came off that easily.
