Any good ideas for cell phone mounting devices and locations on dash?

I use the Scosche magnetic vent mount. It works and my phone doesn't fall off.

i just ordered and installed the wiz gear magnetic one. It works great but they need to supply black 3m as the white is ugly through the windshield. I also need to find a magnetic one that you can turn 360 degrees for side racing videos.

A member suggested https://www.proclipusa.com when I was looking for a clean mounting solution. Still haven't bought it yet. Don't want to pay $70 for a cell phone mount.

I've have been using the magnetic vent mount in my GT350 for the past 10 months.
I love it, never had a problem.
The biggest issue is the phone gets really cold in the summer when I have the air conditioning running. Not a problem.
