any good come those Ford surveys?

Got one from the VP of Ford himself. Had to have a piece of weatherstripping replaced under warranty, no big deal, but mentioned my dissappointment in the cargo organizer not having front straps (http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=17081) and another minor complaint.

Doubt I'll get any response, but you never know!
