Im running some thin 5mm wheel spacers in the front i wonder if anyone knows of extended wheel studs other than the 3" variety. I dont want open lug nuts or long lug nuts. Trying to keep it clean and low profile.

I would love 5-10mm longer studs. I suppose i could cut them down and chamfer the ends push come to shove. However im sure they are out there.

For 5mm spacers, you don't need any longer studs. Probably why noone bothers to make studs just a little bit longer like you are looking for.

You'd need something custom, or cut down as you mentioned if you really think you need them for safety.

Lots of good threads confirming the above; 5mm spacers do not require longer studs.

If you do want to replace them anyway, Dorman has several lengths available. Yes, ARP is stronger. The Dorman's are stronger than stock and many are tracking their cars with the Dorman's and have not seen any fail. I'll try and find the part numbers but you should be able to search the forum and find.

That would be awesome. I might go to 10mm of spacing as i still rub on the inside of my fender liners however i think thats the tires fault asThey are a bit tall. however i have new ones on order at the moment.

If you want a 10mm spacer, get these - Most 10mm spacers will loose the centering ring (the hub centering ring is only ~9mm deep, these retain it by adding one integral to the spacer itself.

If you're ok with the 5mm spacers, I'd just use those with good quality lug nuts and don't worry about it.

FWIW, ARP sells +1/2" longer studs too, not just the +1" studs you normally see.

Here are some unedited notes from info found here. Double check the info on Dorman, I remember there were some differences in the notes vs what Dorman listed.

Stock knurl dia = 0.625” or 15.875mm

For spacers 13-32 mm:
Dorman 610-530, M14x1.5, Grade 10.9, knurl 0.626"/15.90mm, 3.071" long
regular size head requires light touch on grinder to slightly clip head

For spacers 15-40mm:
Dorman 610-333 M14x1.5 Grade 10.9 knurl 0.625"/15.88mm 3.563"
Large truck head requires chop saw to clip head i.e. metal cutting blade on miter saw with bolt dropped in the side of a 4x4 clamped allows you to do clip 20 heads in 5 minutes. FULL diameter truck shoulder for max strength w spacers.

For stock stud replacement:
Dorman 610-325

610-333 0.625" knurl, big head, little long at 3.56" if running 25mm spacers
610-530 0.626" knurl, 3"
610-437 0.627" knurl, big head, 3"

Stock studs are 49.9mm with 0.625 knurl
610-435 57.94mm 0.628knurl
610-509 73.4mm 0.627knurl
610-437 76mm 0.628knurl
610-530 78mm 0.626knurl
610-333 90.5mm 0.625knurl

Anyone know where we can get 1/2 longer than rears? ARP is saying they won't even ship until November (100-7732) and NO ONE has them.

Well, you can try something unusual and buy from a Canadian supplier  :

I bought 2 sets of 100-7733 from them back in April, when these were on backorder across all US suppliers, and received the studs in less than a week here in Canada. They claim shipping across US as well, so worth a try. Of course, double check if they are in stock first.

I was always told if you can get 5 full rotations of the lug nut before it starts to tighten up you don't need longer studs.

Can you add @sigintel if you going to copy n paste an old post?

Skip all those details above:
610-530 works great for 25mm spacers.

I don't use the 610-333 or 610-437 anymore as the heads need to be trimmed to clear hub (takes time). I received feedback that the over sized truck head is overkill for spreading the load out.

Also, here is a link to 610-530 post. 610-530 is what I now keep as a spare 10 piece set of these in case someone has a stud issue at track on spacer type offset front wheels (common on square set ups, 18x11, 19x11). Bucket of stock studs for rear.

Allowing some lead in threads, you get 2-3mm to spare w 24mm spacers:
