DAMN! I guess that's as close as I'll get these days - the ONLY thing that would make it better would be a front wheel with less lip / that deep dish look on the back....that's a definite maybe, thanks!!!
Just an FYI that the hub bore on the AR wheels are bigger than the OE so you’d need hub rings. Not a big deal but just a heads up. They’re pretty inexpensive.

Ok - good to know - honestly, I think I'll just keep looking for a set of take off 2018+ 20" wheels

The in Europe "new" California Special (presumably model year 2023) comes with the 19" OEM Bullitt wheels (of 2019/2020 Bullitt) with wheel center in "Carbonised Grey" instead of gloss black.

Are of course somewhat different from the shape and also do not have such a nice polished rim bed.

The Carroll Shelby CS11 are inspired by or based on the design of this 19" Ford wheels.

The Shelby Company wheels are the correct hub bore. SVE and Project 6GR are also the correct hub bore, although they don’t have the Bullitt style design that you’re looking for.

I miss the style. Still have these wheels on my new edge. The back dish is where it’s at!

I had a similar setup that I really enjoyed - 18x9/18x10 Bullits on my frankenbird....I got rid of it ten years ago, because it was just plain difficult to keep it on the road / find parts.

Oh man, I love that! Those were cool cars and even cooler to see them modded.

They’re like an extended length Mustang haha.

I used to call it "A Mustang from the big & tall section"

It was sitting on cut springs when I bought it - I put stock SC / Sport springs back on it because it became too difficult to DD it was very, very, very low. Looked cool. PITA otherwise.

It had PI cams, PI intake, tune, large rear sway bar, rear shock tower brace, Koni adjustables up front, aggressively J-modded 4R70W, 93 MARK VIII LSC single piece aluminum driveshaft, 3.73 limited slip, 03 cobra center section on the diff....
