Another prototype spotted - Mach 1?

Hmmm, I had to check the date to ensure this was a new article....and it is. Clearly sporting '15-'17 bodywork, this prototype looks very much like the white GT that was spotted a loooong time ago and was reported to be the potential new Mach 1.

Whilst this seems to give nothing away other than the quad tail pipes, what's interesting is the wheel/tire choice. Certainly the previous white prototype was not wearing these wheel covers.....and this one is wearing 305s on 19" wheels. The prototype "Shelby/Halo-Stang" prototype was wearing 305 on the front and 315 on the rears....on 20s.

So, could just be a PP2? Or a Bullitt....or a Mach 1. Who knows.....but I'm hoping for the latter

The GT350R front tires are 305/30 ZR19's and they are 11" wide!

Those aren't Bullitt wheels. I'm betting on a 2019 Mach 1 or Boss 429. I'd be curious to hear how it sounds.

It's got manufacturer plates on it, but Hard to believe that cut out for the dual exhaust was done by a manufacturer for a prototype... hatchet job and they have access to far better resources than that.... looks like they did it with a large cut off wheel!

It's running a 24mm solid rear sway bar from what I can read on the label.

The rear diff housing looks to be aluminum, no? If it were iron, it would be as rusty as the exhaust right?

Also, some type of test harness going from interior to under the car, must be monitoring emissions.

This is the first mule that was thought to be a possible Mach 1. This was spotted this time last year. Another hatchet job to the rear valance ;)
