Looking at the display and then their website, I believe it's a CF cowl hood.

This. Right here. I want to see how this fits on the car with the extra .4 inches
That looks good. I wonder if you can run 10 inches wheel with same offset all four corners this way?

Im trying to find out the weight too. It seem like they are avoiding answering this. Most of us looking for weight reduction.

I emailed them, i'll post the answer when i get it. Should be lighter than stock but how much? If light enough it would be an added bonus to heat extraction.

I didn't think roush made a cat-back exhaust? Who makes the H-pipe and the pipe to the mufflers?

That pipe you see goes from the cats to where the resonator/xpipe/hpipe would be. I believe lethal performance makes that pipe.

Roush doesn't make a catback. You have to cut up your stock exhaust. It'd be nice if someone manufactured and sold that piece of pipe connecting an x/h pipe to the roush axleback for those who have gotten rid of their stock exhaust.

That's what I will be doing with my stock exhaust. Chopping for mid pipes between the resonator and mufflers. Then I might mock up an x-pipe with cutouts where the resonator was. Full open and stock. Should be good for a sleeper setup.

Got an answer from Zach of Anderson Composites, the hood weighs 31.8 lbs. Beautiful hood with functional heat extractors.

^^^^^ The stock gt hood they took off for the Sema build weighed 35 lbs. So this CF hood weighs 3.2 lbs less than stock. Definitely on my shopping/wish list

I know it's a little weight I'm talking about, but considering the EB doesn't have the scoops, could our hood be even heavier than the GT?
And also I think Europe has another protection for people impact that should add even more weight.

Anyway amazing items, I'll sure try to buy some.

You might be right, the eb and v6 hoods might be heavier than the gt's

Wow thats honestly really underwhelming in terms of weight savings. When I worked in motorsports we would save 15lbs in the hood. Im sure its probably due to the excess resin and layers they add to these in order to make them solid for the masses and provide a better gloss finish.

Aimed at street usage, not motorsport most likely. Probably has a higher degree of resistance. You don't want to hit another car or person with a thin hood.
