Tom: I always welcome a good debate as long as both parties maintain civility. But when one party begins to slander the other, I'll pass. Such behavior is both unnecessary and undesirable. If you have to resort to name calling, your position loses all credibility and I just don't want to waste words with someone like that. Thankfully, a very smart person long ago came up with the idea of an Ignore feature.
Everybody hit the reset button and move on. I read the whole thing. I've seen worse.

I did, for the record, laugh my ass off.

I was referring to best weight savings. The weight savings vs cost effectiveness for small plastic molded ABS vs CF pieces probably have a huge expense and minimal weight savings.
I'm getting the CFTP. I have interest in the CF hood for track days. For the street, I'll use my painted over the top striped hood.
That would be cool, but it seems like it would be a lot of work. I mean it seems you go to the track often. Curious, why would you not run the carbon on the street ?

10k painted over the top stripes. I would use the carbon for weight savings alone.

NOT a fan of CF, BUT i have to say all these parts are very Nice and look better than there mostly textured black plastic counterparts.

Nuff said :like: Got to show off those stripes! For the track the hood would be one of the biggest savings. I guess that would all be part of track day prep.

I wholeheartedly agree. The rest is just CF bling IMHO. Now, for someone who bought the base model, I would be very interested in that GT4 wing. How much you want to be they price it out of reach for most.....

I like to disassemble things.
Looking forward to seeing which items are offered by AC and which ones are offered by FP.

As well as some kickass pricing!:)

The wings in the pictures don’t show the GT4 wing. That is the rear spoiler in CF not the GT4 wing. They also have the gurney flap in CF.
