No offense, but I'm glad ours are red.
None taken. Most of us weren't particularly happy about getting clear lights... but its grown on us.

I've seen one or two in the US have grabbed the Euro style lights to differentiate themselves :)

Is it difficult for you guys to purchase parts from the US? Are you allowed to install red tail lights without problems from the police? Here you can have clear lens but the light must laminate red.

Not difficult, but the lights are very expensive. Personally I like the white lights now, until they turn pink when lit up. But at that point in time I'll be sitting in the drivers seat and won't care

Edit: I can definitely understand why others wish to install tint kits though, and it's a shame that there are fitment issues

I think the clear are ok, but I'm not a huge fan. I am happy that we get the clear lights though as I really dislike red lights! Plus, I will be getting the guys at work to black them out which I think is by far the best look. Not to mention blacking out clear looks far better than blacking out red.

I can't comment on the difference between the two products, however I would suggest getting a sign writer to wrap them for you rather than relying on a kit that by the looks doesn't fit very well.

You guys in Australia have white / clear tail lights Oem?
I prefer the red ones, but the clear ones are growing on me.
