So I have a 17 GT PP and I purchased 2 of the performance pack style 10 inch wheels from AM. I’m looking at 305/35/19’s but there’s really not a whole lot to choose from. What other more popular tire sizes would work/fit? Cars lowered 1 inch

You'd want to go 285/35/19. 305 wide tires would be better suited for 11" wide wheels.

no no 285/35 on a 10 will be stretched ... i run a 285/40 on a 9.5..and its perfect, let alone a 35 series will be to low of a sidewall.. either 305/35...295/35.. you could do a 285/40. it will leave you with barely any stretch.. but thats about it tire size wise... unless you want stretch... and im lowered about 1.2 front and 1 inch rear..

there's plenty of guys running 305/35 on a 10.. its not optimal from cornering on a 10 inch rim but straight line you'll be good . i did the 285/40 because i got a great deal on them, and id rather have 2mm of rim protection ,and more sidewall give lessens the hop ,im running as+3s

There is a small amount of stretch, but it isn't bad at all. Those are firehawk 275/35/19 on mine. 10 inch rear. I chose that route because (autocross) you tend to roll onto the sidewall a lot, and this way you are rolling into tire tread more than flexing sidewall.

Define stretched.

Look at pretty much any 285 tires and you will find that 10" is pretty dead center of the manufactures recommended wheel size range.

Look at pretty much any 305 tire and you will see that 10" is either too small or right at the edge of the recommended wheel size range.

I went 285/35r19 on 19X10 wheels. Recommended by Tire Rack and about every other source.

Jesus, y'all. A 10" wheel is suited to a 275 or 285 tire. You can do 265 or 295 and be fine enough. Some tires end up a little wider (looking or in reality) than others, like Michelins.

You bought 19x10" wheels - you should be shopping for 275 or 285 tires. 305 can be smooshed onto a 10" wheel, sure, but the sidewall will balloon out and you're degrading handling as a result. If you want 305 tires, get 11" wheels (or at least 10.5").

I ended up going with the MPSS 305/35/19. My issue was I wanted to stay as close to stock circumference as possible, and the 35 series 285 and 295 were quite a bit smaller. Will post up photos once they’re mounted and balanced.

Now, I wonder if I can use the stock rear performance pack wheels on the front of the car. Hmmmmm

Does that mean my speedometer will still be accurate at this size?

You want to stay as close to factory circumference to keep the speedo accurate

a 275,35 is a stretch to me ..but like someone posted for autox it serves a purpose, and a 285/35 wont be as i looked but the overall diameter is smaller and on a staggered setup it would look goofy running a smaller diameter tire in the back..
i run 285/40 rear, 275/35 front on stock pp rims.. i wish it would let me post pics but for some reason i cant get them small enough to post
