Correct it would poke a bit you would need to adjust camber and might need spacer in the front to clear the strut or spring.

I know i had customer who did the GT350 fitment on his 5.0 and did fit perfectly, but he had coilover which made it easy because the springs and shocks where thinner than the OEM.

Thanks for that. I bought a set of coilovers and camber plates. How much to install the coilovers, camber plates, and wheel swap?
