Things I have noticed since installing my 19" staggered 6gr wheels:

Pros:

-Wheel hop seems to be drastically reduced: when turning I used to have a lot of wheel hop and now it seems to be almost completely gone
-They look incredible: I am getting lots of compliments and they fit so perfectly, I really really love the way they look.
-Grip has improved on hard acceleration: the 325 tires in the back provide lots more grip than the old 275 with the same tire

Cons

-Increased vibration at highway speed: has anybody else noticed a good amount more vibration at highway speeds? Doesn't seem to happen under 75-80 mph but when I am cruising down the freeway at those speeds it definitely feels like the car is vibrating. Could possibly be caused by the low profile tires? Not sure...
-bump steer seems to be more of a problem: this might be in my head but I never really had any bump steer even with lowering springs with stock PP wheels but now I feel like I am noticing a little more...

Overall I am extremely happy but the vibration at high speeds is concerning me a little. Has anybody else noticed any of these same cons?
Check the following

torque the lug nuts once more
ensure tires have no bald spots on them
check tire psi
possibly rebalance them.

I know you picked these up off another member, so I need to ask did you have them rebalanced to ensure their properly in spec? If not I would try the above mentioned then check the balance.

Ok, I will try the above steps and then take them to get balanced. I did not ensure they were balanced before mounting them. Thanks for the advice Paul!!
No worries brotha, Ya try those steps out and keep us posted.

Hmm that is strange, I will take them off and see if there is anything like that on there, thanks for the pic!!
Well that def can be the issue there, it doesnt allow the wheel to sit flush on the hub thus causing vibrations.

So that little friend is to hold the rotor there like how german and jdm cars have a screw that holds the rotor in place.

Easy fix take snips and cut that SOB off lol.

just wondering but is it paint, hydrographic, or actual chrome?
It would be a polished with black chrome tint.
