How long after you purchased your vehicle did you get your build date? I purchased a 2018 gt350 on September 11 to be built, but still haven’t heard anything from my dealer. I feel I should at least have some sort of build date by now, no?your salesman should provide the build date. i got my build date weeks ago but didnt get it from cotus and it shows order processing on cotus as well
There is no set time line in order to receive a "VOC" (Vehicle Order Confirmation) from your dealership as they can be issued by Dearborn within a couple weeks from when your dealership sent in their order request but also can take up to many months for them to get a VOC.How long after you purchased your vehicle did you get your build date? Looks like I'll be getting rid of my POS GT350 (no literally it's a POS -- nothing but issues and constantly at the dealership). Depending on how things go, I might try to get a red R. Time to subscribe to this thread again!
I'm trying. Granted I've got a lot of miles on the car (28k), but I've been having issues and getting them troubleshot since 18k. Had to get it towed last week to the dealership.Buy back time ?
My dealer wasn't very knowledgeable. I used COTUS to track the car's progress. Once you can pull up the window sticker on COTUS, look for the word BLEND on the top of the window sticker; directly above that will be a sequence of numbers; that is your assigned build date.
