I have been kicking around going with AirLift for a while. Outside of going to a Fore fuel system so I can run e85, I am stepping back for a moment to focus on tightening up my suspension. Currently I am on Eibach pro’s and have the CB005. I am installing BMR endlinks, Sways and Vert links this week.
From there I am going with coil overs or air. I am concerned I won’t get much drop on air because of my wheel set up and tire size. I am confident my drag set up will fit but my daily drivers I am not sure if I would be able to really drop the car to tuck rim.
Also, the plan is to run high 9’s and I am not sure how air will hold up to a 3600 stall launch from a ~800whp pony. Any fast cars on air hit the track yet?
Here is the wheel and tire set I am going to be running very soon:
Front:
20x10 +35 275/35/20 Nitto NT555 G2
20x11 +50 305/35/20 Nitto NT555R
Will they tuck? Can air hold up to bigger HP numbers on the track?
