CAI will come in original box that I kept and include the filter, tubing and sound tube delete kit as well as original paperwork. Only used for 1k miles. I will wash and clean parts prior to shipping.

No. I installed it straight out of the box. No modifications. If you leave the insert in the CAI will run perfectly without a tune.
