Excellent work on both the car and the system. Curious, is it still the factory transmission or has that been modified in any way? Apologies if I missed that part already.
Thanks!

It is a built transmission. The factory one went a couple thousand miles after I supercharged. The trans upshifted at WOT right as I hit a bump/pothole in the road and it broke the torque converter.

Trans came out and got Exedy Stage 2 Clutches, Billet Intermediate Shaft, and a Circle D Pro Stage 3 245mm 2C Torque Converter. This is the only mod done on the car (aside from welding) that I didn't do myself. The shop that did the work said it should be good for 1400+hp now.

Got my custom oil catch can from PSI Proformance. Installing it this weekend!

I've had the UPR one on my car for awhile and it's just not doing it for me. The little can fills up so quickly in the winter with condensation and if not emptied every few days starts to overflow into my intake. It's a pain in the ass to remove and drain constantly.

Got this one made as it doesnt recirculate into the intake, its much larger and can hold more, and is vented with breathers. Should solve my problems. Best of all, no more of those horrible push-lock fittings!

Interesting can, let us know about the install. My N/A road warrior doesn't need a non-recirculated can I guess as mine has very little oil at oil changes, which it is due for soon. Thanks for the views, awesome build.

Thanks!

In the summer time I can go almost a whole oil change without draining the UPR can. But in the cooler temps it fills with condensation in a matter of days, which is the main reason I'm replacing it. I should get some installed pics this weekend!

Installed the catch can! Came out great. No more issues with my UPR can.

Capped the PCV inlet on the intake pipe, good riddance!

I can noticeably smell the blow-by now coming from the breathers. I also think the crankcase is able to breathe much better now as the UPR can was much more restrictive.

Also Plastidipped my GT badge. My Xlume badge chrome went bad and I'm waiting on warmer weather to replace it due to the 3M tape.

Came out alot better than expected, I actually like it alot. When I install the new and working Xlume badge I might try a light coat of the plastidip on it too, so its red in the day and still lit red at night if the light can shine through the plastidip.

Anything with wheels
Catch can looks good!

With open breathers I can smell fuel in the cabin as soon as I start the car in the morning, but it smells good so I don’t mind lol.

Made two dyno appointments! One next saturday to see how much power I'm making once my new meth nozzle is in and tuned up, and another dyno the following week after I try out the F150 intake manifold.

In other news I also need to track down a coolant leak, and buy my summer tires to swap on soon.

New nozzle installed. Did some datalogging and adjusted meth settings and I'm pretty sure I need a larger nozzle after all. Seeing what Lund thinks.

Currently have a 640ml/min, going to order a 940ml/min. Should be here in time for my dyno appointment.

Any reason for the F150 manifold? Haven't heard anything beneficial about them in cross applications. To be fair, I haven't heard anything about them period. Is it a cheaper, but with some benefits, alternative to a GT350 manifold? Always looking to expand my knowledge.

Theres some good info on it in this thread: https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=88961 Basically it's the opposite of a GT350 manifold as it gives more power in the midrange and less up top.

In this post it showed to give a +40/+45 hp/tq gain in the midrange for a -15/-25 loss at 6750+ RPMs. And that was an N/A car. Pretty good tradeoff IMO for a street driven car that doesn't always get revved to the limiter.

Nobody has done it yet on an FI car, so I wanted to be the guinea pig. It only cost me $60 so if it doesn't work out I didn't lose much. I'm hoping that with FI it will have even larger gains in the midrange while negating the loss up top. We will see, I'll be dyno'ing before and after.

Weighed my car this weekend. Came in at 4300lbs between the supercharger, sound system, meth tank, etc. Damn she's heavy... May or may not have included me, not sure if they took the weight with me standing on the scale or after I got off. Going to get it weighed again next time I'm down there to be sure.

Also took a few awesome pics. Also tweaked some stuff with Forscan, fixed my Opt7 lights. Got my new meth nozzle today, installing it tomorrow. Ordered a pair of 305/35/19 tires.

Upgraded the line to my BOV. When I installed it I reused the Proflow line which was 5/32". It was really too small though for the new BOV so I upgraded to a 3/16" for peace of mind. Neatened up the rest of the lines as well. And took a few nice engine bay shots.

Summer tires and dyno to come shortly!

Did my finals logs tonight. Seeing 18-22* timing at 15psi. Meth is doing some serious work. Hoping to hit 800whp

Will scan and post the graph, but took my car on the dyno today. Made 701/545. Much lower than expected... not sure what's going on.

Swapped back to summer wheels and new MPSS in the rear.

Replaced my bad coolant tube to fix a coolant leak.

Installed my F150 intake manifold. More info in this post here.

Well, unfortunately i kissed my motor goodbye a couple days ago. I believe one of the rings went out on the dyno, the last pull I did had smoke come out of the breathers. In any case I did it in when I accidentally went 1/2 - 2/3 throttle in 5th gear, hit 8psi and the motor seized.

No start, no crank, just a loud thud from the starter. Verified by removing the belts, plugs, and was still not able to turn the crank with a breaker bar. :(

So, unfortunately for my wallet, it got towed off to JPC in Maryland yesterday. Getting a built shortblock put in that can handle alot more power. Skipping the sleeves due to the extra $3k cost, but I think this motor will be more than enough for my power level.

JPC/RGR Hand Built Coyote Shortblock
11:1 Compression Ratio
JE Forged & Coated Pistons
Total Seal Piston Rings
Forged 4340 H Beam Connecting Rods
King HP Main Bearings
Clevite Rod Bearings
Ford Forged Crankshaft
ARP Main Studs
ARP Head Studs
JE ProSeal MLS Head Gaskets

Since I'm limited on boost & timing by my fuel, I plan on revving this motor out to 7800ish and swapping to an 18 manifold to gain some more power out of it.
