These tests are normally conducted by the manufacturers when producing the wheels. We can possibly request information from them to see what they can provide us. Any specific wheel you were asking about?

Are all the "load ratings" the same?
All traceable ratings?
JWL self certification or VIA, TUV, 3rd party testing certification, ISO or Quality System audit records?
Even then, there may be durability differences among them.

Ever see an Ebay wheels with JWL, TUV, VIA and even the words "forged" all marked on a cast wheel?

The load rating do depend on the wheel design and construction. Most wheels are around the 650kg-750kg load rating per wheel.

But keep this in mind as well, the tests are done in closed environments when as if you ask us, the best test would be actually having the wheels on a vehicles and put it through real life testing with real life elements.

Depending on the manufacture, each mold/casting can have many different information and stamps on there. Does not always refer to the actual wheel specs.
